What we offer

Pack revival & balancing

For hybrids that sat and now won't charge. Every module is brought back up and balanced individually.

Individual cell replacement

Replace a single failed cell, not the whole pack, when that's what the diagnosis shows.

Module voltage diagnostics

Find out whether the battery is low, out of balance, or failing before you spend money.

Pre-purchase battery check

Buying a used hybrid? Have the high-voltage battery checked first so you know what you're getting.

How it works

1

Intake

Tell us the year, make and model and what the car is doing. We look at the symptoms and the car before any work starts.

2

Test

Module-by-module voltage checks, plus meter and scope work as needed, to find out if the pack is low, out of balance, or has a bad cell.

3

Remove & isolate

The pack comes out of the vehicle and is safely disconnected for bench work.

4

Charge & balance

Each module is charged and balanced individually with a professional charge manager and a high-current supply.

5

Cell replacement

If one cell in a module has gone bad, it can be replaced on its own instead of replacing the whole pack.

6

QC

Every module is re-checked and logged on our bench sheet. Modules have to land close together in voltage before the pack goes back together.

7

Reinstall & return

The pack goes back in, and the car is checked to confirm it charges and runs normally. You get a plain-English summary of what we found and did.

Quotes are given after diagnosis. Email us to talk over your car.

Safety first: Hybrid traction batteries carry dangerous high voltage. They should only be opened by trained technicians. Every pack is diagnosed first, and not every pack can be saved.
